Earlier this week, Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28) spoke at the 6th Annual Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute (CHILI) Trade and International Affairs Symposium about the need for Americans to support global trade and the special and productive relationship that the United States shares with its neighbors, Canada and Mexico.
